At Learning that Works , we appreciate that every organisation has its own vision and values, its own strategy for reaching its vision and its own way of doing things. We have two responsibilities: to establish what business or organisational benefits you wish to gain by running a particular training event and to agree how you will measure success. We then plan and put forward our proposal to make sure that you are happy with the suggested approach.
A key concern for us is that people use what they have learned in their work. We are keen to use examples and anecdotes from your own organisation so that the workshops are specific to your work place as well as being stimulating and enjoyable. We like to combine theoretical and practical work, with plenty of emphasis on exercises and discussion so that people are engaged and more likely to use their new-found knowledge and skills.

We seek oral and written feedback from you and your staff over a number of months after the event. As well as helping all parties to understand the likely effect on performance, it also shows us where, with a little adaptation, the programme could be even better.
We're very happy to work in your offices, bringing our own equipment, if needed. We keep our fees competitive.
We are always concerned that our workshops are designed to meet your organisation's specific needs. |

To give you an idea of what we do, please see our Exemplars page for an overview of the courses that we run. |
